This ultrasonic fudge cutter features automatic indexing for accurate cut positions and automatic rotation from x to y axis cuts, allowing the operator to simply load the fudge, push start, and prepare the next sheet while the machine is slicing. The benefit of using a machine to slice fudges is that no matter who is operating the machine, the portions are always consistent and accurate. This model is best for bakeries slicing 100-150 products per hour.

UFM5000 is the automatic ultrasonic slicing machine with one blade in 305 mm width. It could slice the rectangle, round and loaf products with a wide range temperature from minus 15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. The rectangle size could be up to 400×600 mm, the diameter of round product could be up to 12 inches. There is a function for blade self-cleaning and self-dry.
