Ultrasonic Cutting Swiss Rolls Production Line

This assembly line UFM3100L is used to produce different types of Swiss rolls.

  1. Requires a maximum blade height of 85mm (the diameter of the customer’s largest Swiss roll).
  2. The knife width of the production line is 1100mm.
  3. The cutting speed is 60cut/min (the fastest cutting speed for small Swiss rolls).
  4. It is enough to adjust the cutting speed and the moving distance forward and backward.
  5. Ultrasonic machine and rack are required, which can be directly installed on the production line conveyor belt.
