Taro Mashed Egg Rolls
Recently, there have been more and more people who paint taro mud. Although there has been a wave of taro milk tea in summer, the recent taro bread, taro cake roll, taro sandwich, etc. have made a comeback. Perhaps because of the cold weather, root vegetables like taro sound warm and sweet.
Materials
3 small taro
2 eggs
Salt 2g
Salad oil
Practice
① After washing the taro, put it in a steamer, steam for 25-30 minutes in water, and steam it.
② Peel off the skin after steaming, press it with a spoon to make mud, the finer the better.
③ Eggs are beaten with eggs, mixed with salt, mixed evenly, and filtered again with a filter, so that the egg skin will be more delicate and smooth.
④ Heat the pan, add a little oil, then pour the egg liquid and cook slowly.
⑤ After simmering slowly, use a spatula to shovel it over, turn off the heat and use the remaining temperature, and it will rise in a minute.
⑥ Turn the fried omelet upside down, evenly spread the crushed taro paste, take one side and roll to the other side, until the whole piece of egg roll is completely rolled.
⑦ After the roll is finished, take it evenly and cut it into your favorite size to eat.
