Soy milk 280g
Red dates 10g
Raisin 10g
Corn starch 30 g
Brown sugar
Water amount
Cooked soy flour

To do
① Add 250g of soy milk, red dates and raisins into the cooking machine and beat to a residue-free state. Because there are residues in the cooking machine, finally add 30g of soy milk and mix well.
② Take 80g and mix 30g cornstarch from the soymilk mixture, stir well and set aside.
③ Pour the soy milk mixture into the milk pan and boil it. Add corn starch solution and stir on low heat until slightly thick.
④ Pour into a container, let cool, freeze in the refrigerator to solidify, take it out and cut into pieces, and stick soy flour.
⑤ Add brown sugar with water and heat it in a small pot until it becomes slightly thick and becomes brown sugar sauce.
