Divide the egg yolk paste into 5 equal parts and add the pigment color you like. 5. Preheat the oven up and down at 160 degrees. Take out the egg whites from the refrigerator, add an appropriate amount of lemon, and add the fine sugar in three portions. Beat the meringue until it is stiff and foam and divide into 5 portions. Add the egg yolk paste in two portions and mix well. 6. Pour the finished cake batter into the mold, lightly drop the mold to shake out large bubbles, put it in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. After it’s out of the oven and cool down, just whip the whipped cream over the noodles.
