Points to keep:
- Cream cheese can only be stored in the cold storage layer and cannot be placed in the frozen layer. After freezing, the cream cheese will easily separate oil and water and become tofu residue. But it doesn’t need to be discarded, it can still be used. We can use it to make bread or food that does not require a smooth surface.
- When using large packages of cream cheese, try not to directly touch the surface of the cream cheese with your hands or spoon. Squeeze it on the outer package or take it with a scraper.
- Be sure to seal it well after use, otherwise too much air will come into contact with the cream cheese, which can easily cause spoilage.
