Ultrasonic Cutting of Cheese. Ultrasonic could be used in the cheese industry in several types of portions.

1. continious extruded cheese cutting: UFM3100
2. slice cheese into stick piece: UFM3500
3. slice cheese into block: UFM6000
4. slice round type cheese: UFM1000R

All the machines as above for the cheese with height less than 8cm. And for the round cakes of diamater less tahn 305mm. That means ultrasonic cutting is just suitable for some types of cheese. Also we could supply the ultrasonic cutting system for your current machines.
