Production materials: 150g flour, 2 eggs, 2g baking powder, 150g white sugar.
First pour the flour, baking powder, and eggs into a bowl and stir together. We knead it into a dough. This dough cannot be too hard, but it can be softer.
After the dough is finished, place it in a bowl and let it rest for 25 minutes. Then roll the dough as thin as possible. We need to cut the dough into noodles. At this time, pour the appropriate amount of oil into the pot and keep it on low heat. Place the noodles in a pan and fry them. When the noodles change color, remove them, place them in a container, and wait.
When it cools, we start making syrup. Add sugar and an appropriate amount of water to the pot, heat and stir at low heat. Pour the boiled syrup onto the fried noodles, taking care not to pour the syrup all over, divide it into three times, and maintain a continuous stirring posture.
Place the noodles in a tray and compact them. After cooling, cut them into cubes or rectangles. We usually prepare to eat them the next day.
