Non-sticky Ultrasonic Blades

For the sweet industry, we have much experience such as nougat, the continious extruded candy bar cutting. I have attached the video of one application of sweet.

For your application: extrusion of high density cooked fruit marmelade in a form of continuous ropes (10 mm width and 5 mm), then continuous cutter after cooling. with conveyor belt of 600 mm width.

Non-sticky graphene blade of 305 is optimum solution for sticky sweet. The frrquency is 20KHZ.
