The UFM1000P is a highly efficient, Dual Platform Ultrasonic Cake Cutter. The unit is equipped with dual trays and fully automatic product positioning, turntable and roller Divider Inserts. Use the roller Divider Inserts to increase work efficiency and reduce the time spent on the separation paper during the cutting cycle. The block cutting size is adjustable, and you can also choose whether to enable the separator device. The unit is also equipped with a light curtain safety sensor to reduce cycle time by eliminating opening and closing the door. This machine is best suited for food manufacturers that produce 300 or more products per hour.
