Project Description
Brownie Mooncake

Production steps
Brownie
1 / Melt the chocolate and butter in water to a liquid state, and stir well.
2 / Pour in sugar, honey, and eggs, and continue to stir until the batter is uniform and particle-free.
3 / At this time, sift in the cocoa powder and low powder, stir evenly with the method of turning, and sieve again.
4 / Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with greased paper, put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 160° for 20 minutes.
5 / Take out and let cool, and use a circular mold to carve out round cakes for later use.
Yogurt Mousse
6 / Pour the whipped cream and yogurt into the pot, heat up on a low heat and stir constantly.
7 / Wait until the liquid in the pot becomes warm and turn off the heat, add the gelatin flakes soaked in cold water, honey and chopped nuts, and stir well.
Combination
8 / Take a piece of brownie cake and put it on the bottom of the mold, pour mousse liquid, and cover with a piece of brownie cake.
9 / Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours, and it can be demoulded after forming.
10 / Finally, make the glaze part, melt the chocolate in water, let it cool slightly, pour it on the mooncake, and then sift in a layer of cocoa powder.
Tips
