Ice Cream Cutting Machine

My client wants to cut ice cream, round block of ice cream. The size of the ice cream before cutting is 500-800mm, and the customer wants to cut to a length of 10mm.

I recommend UFM3500 with high-frozen blade which is suitable for slice mode. The common cutting speed is 1 cut per second. The high and frozen blade could cut the ice cream block of 4 ” and -15degrees to -20 degrees.
