Hanjuku Cheesecake Slicing

Have you noticed something lately? Is hanjuku food a trendy thing to eat or bake these days? No doubt that it is a trending food in the recent social-media-sphere. If you search the meaning of “hanjuku” at Google, you will see that it is a Japanese term to described eggs that is half cooked or with semi-molten yolk. Hanjuku (half baked) Cheesecake is different from the more common Japanese Cotton cheesecake . It is very soft and delicate but tastes richer than Japanese Cotton cheesecake. I find it easier to bake too with minimal shrinkage during cooling. Down side is, you have to chill it overnight before slicing, else you will be serving mushy cake. Remember to dip your knife in hot water and wipe dry for every cut! I think this kind of cutting is time consuming and laborious.
