UFM3500C is the automatic inline portioning machine with ultrasonic cutting technology with weight system. It could cut the round or block cheese at perfect fixed weights.This intelligent machine combines an integrated weigh-scale for pre-weighing in order to cut the cheese for optimal results – maximizing yield and minimizing giveaway. It not only can be produced standalone, but also could be integrated into an existing line. The machine has approved the CE and FDA certifications.
