We recommend the HFM3000R manual machine. There is a 305mm wide blade, the diameter can be up to 300mm. The cutting speed is about 40 cakes per hour. HFM3000R is designed for all kinds of round cakes with a wide temperature range from minus 15 degrees centigrade to room temperature. As the ultrasonic cutting system is the same as that of the automatic ultrasonic cutting machine, the cutting effect is the same as that of the automatic cutter.
