A customer of us wants to cut rectangular and sometimes round products as follows:

1. Ganache,
2. Chocolates masses
3. Nougat
4. Marzipan
5. Bakery and chocolate products with dried fruit
6. Bakery and chocolate products with nuts
7. Bakery and chocolate products with almonds
8. Various other chocolate products
9. Nut triangles
10. Florentines

My client needs an ultrasonic cutter with 3 axes.
The cutting area should be 80 x 60 cm.
The products are max. 10 cm high.

My client wants to cut rectangular products, namely as follows:
(and if possible also round products)

The products are not in baking trays.
As a base a PVC plate in size80 cm x 60 can be taken.

The ultrasonic cutting device can be cleaned automatically in a water bath.
