Our company specially designed an ultrasonic cake insert cutting machine for frozen cheesecake manufacturers, it can cut the product into a round shape and a cutting size of 4-12″, which can meet the daily production of about 150-1000 cakes.

3. capacity: 150 cakes per day (about 20 cakes per hour x 8 hours)

We are a small producer of frozen cheese cakes and we need a machine for cutting it. The shape is round and the size is 6″. Day productions about 150 cakes.

UFM1000P is the automatic ultrasonic portion machine which is designed for round products only. There is a function of paper insert which is so advanced in China and the world. There are two working modes: cutting without paper and cutting with paper insert. The two modes for different application. There is a easy programming and friendly operation. There are two round cutting plates with the machine, when one cake is cutting, the other cake is loaded to save the waiting time.
