Cut Caramel
Cut Caramel – Caramel/Candy Slicer – Cheersonic
Caramel is a substance produced by caramelization when sugar is boiled to 170°C. Caramel is added to boiling water to cook, that is, liquid caramel, which can be used to make coffee or pudding. Caramel is often used in desserts, where it can provide a candy-filled or chocolate-filled flavor to pastries and desserts, or top ice cream and custard. Or as food melanin, drinks such as cola use caramel coloring, and it is also used as a food coloring agent, and it is the only additive allowed in the whiskey industry. The way to make milk sugar is to boil cream, milk and sugar to 120 degrees Celsius.
The Caramels is very sticky and requires more advanced equipment to cut it better. Ultrasonic cutting technology is a progressive industrial technique that uses high frequency vibrations to cut through materials with precision. Minimum offcuts and at the same time rapid, variable, accurate and neat cuts – with smooth cutting edges. Cheersonic ensures minimal waste, with ultrasonic vibrations preventing food from crumbling, shattering and virtually no residual product sticking to the blade surface due to the high self-cleaning capacity of the knives. Using the high frequency vibrations of the blade, we can drastically reduce the friction between the product and the blade, allowing for superior quality cuts, even when processing delicate, soft or crumbly products. UFM6000 is the optimal choice for cutting Caramels. It could slice the rectangle, round and loaf sweets with a wide range temperature from minus 15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. The rectangle size could be up to 400×600 mm.

About Cheersonic
Cheersonic manufactures the leading portioning equipment for bakeries producing fresh and frozen desserts. Since 1998 bakers have used Cheersonic machines to cut, slice and portion cheesecake, pie, layer cake, loaves, butter, cheese, pizza, sandwichs, and more. Cheersonic offers ultrasonic cutting solutions that support start-up bakeries and high production commercial facilities alike. Small standalone machines can be used in manual baking facilities and large inline robotic solutions aid in high speed production.
Cheersonic offers many ultrasonic slicing models, both inline and offline applications, with production speeds of 80 to 1,500 cakes or pies per hour.
Cheersonic’ latest offline introductions include ultrasonic cutting with or without divider inserts between each slice. This improves the quality of the cut and makes for a much better product presentation for the customer. In addition, robotic arm improves the speed, efficiency, and accuracy of the cutting process, producing professional looking products every time.
