Formula
Matcha cake embryo
55 grams of pure milk
5 grams of matcha powder
30 grams of corn oil
40g low gluten flour
60g egg yolk (about 4 eggs)
135g egg white (about 4 eggs)
30g of granulated sugar
Trehalose 30g
5 grams of corn starch
Matcha cream
170 grams of light cream
4 grams of matcha powder
12 grams of granulated sugar
Original Cream
100g light cream
5 grams of granulated sugar
Step
1. Cut the matcha embryo into chunks with a knife
2. Put the cake chunks into the Christmas tree shaped cake box, and fill the gaps with small pieces of cake
3. Whip matcha cream until it becomes a piping pattern, then put it into a piping bag for later use
4. Draw a line on the surface of the cake embryo and squeeze it with matcha cream
5. Whip the original cream into a piping pattern, put it in a piping bag, draw tree stumps and Christmas tree ribbons, sprinkle with candy
6. Decorate the surface of the box with Christmas themed ribbons
