Christmas Bread Stollen
It’s time to make Christmas bread again! annual must-do stollen
I don’t care what others say, I must make this bread every year. Yes, it must be done, it must be done, and it must be done.
This is a traditional Christmas bread, but it can be eaten at any time in winter, as long as it is cold, it will give you a warm feeling. If you want to eat it for Christmas, you can prepare it a week in advance (the dried fruit should be soaked, and the bread should be sealed for more than 3 days after it is ready to achieve a better taste).
Many people may think, wow, this bread has too many ingredients and a lot of butter. Is it too high in calories or too sweet… But I don’t care what others say, I must make this bread every year of. Yes, it must be done, it must be done, it must be done, and it will be done (Huh, it seems that I have said this again?)
Oh yes, to add, not only do it every year, but never just once, at least a few times – because I especially like to take this bread as a Christmas gift to my friends.
I really love Stollen.
Freshly baked bread is not at its best. After 3 days of sealed storage, there will be many subtle changes in the bread, including the rum flavor in the dried fruit will spread out, the sugar and water in the whole bread will be redistributed more evenly, and the bread will achieve a more complete and unified flavor. Be sure not to rush!
