HFM3000B is designed for all kinds of rectangle and bar-shaped cakes with a wide range temperature from minus 15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. As the ultrasonic cutting system is the same as automatic ultrasonic cutting machine, the slicing effect is the same as automatic cutter.There would be rail under the cake and a scale for accurate cutting. It is economic handheld ultrasonic slicing machine, so the cutting speed is about 20-30 cheesecakes per hour. There is one blade in 350 mm width.

UFM4000 is the tabletop automatic machine which is suitable for candies and cakes. There is one blade in 200 mm width. It could slice the rectangle, round and loaf cakes with a wide range temperature from minus 15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. The rectangle size could be up to 400×600 mm, the diameter of round cake could be up to 200 mm. There is a function for blade self-cleaning. The water in the washing tank should be filled in and output manually. The cutting speed is about 35-60 trays per hour.
