Low gluten flour 100g

Ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 orange (indispensable)

2 eggs

Cream cheese 100g
Butter 25g

Practice

① Wipe the skin of an orange as shavings, and wipe the carrots (shredded), and set aside.

② Add baking powder, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder to the flour, mix and sieve, and set aside. (It can also be crushed with nutmeg and added later)

③ Mix corn salad oil with sugar and whipped for a while.

④ Add eggs one by one, and mix thoroughly before adding each one before adding the next one.

⑤ Squeeze the juice of an orange, mix well, pour half of the orange zest into it, and leave the remaining half for use.

⑥ Add the mixed powder, cut and mix until smooth.

⑦ Add shredded carrots and mix well.

⑧ Pour the batter into the mold.

⑨ Put into preheated 180 degree oven, bake for 40-45 minutes, test toothpick after it is out of the oven, let it cool down to room temperature and then release.

Cream cheese frosting
① Beat the softened butter at a medium speed until it turns white.

② Add cream cheese, continue to beat for 3 minutes, add powdered sugar several times while whipping.

③ Finally, use milk to adjust the consistency, until it is smooth, with a little fluidity. Finally, add a little orange crumbs, and leave the last one for decoration.
