UFM4000 is the tabletop automatic machine which is suitable for candies and cakes. There is one blade in 250 mm width. It could slice the rectangle, round and loaf cakes with a wide range temperature from minus 15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. The rectangle tray size could be up to 400×600 mm, the diameter of round cake could be up to 250 mm. There is a function for blade self-cleaning. The water in the washing tank should be filled in and output manually.
