2. size of the block cheese before cutting: 315 x 288 x 195 mm (LxWxH)
3. size of the block cheese after cutting: 95 x 140 x 33 mm (LxWxH)
4. capacity: 100 kg per hour

The ultrasonic cutting solution as following:

We will cut the 315x288x195 mm into 6 pieces (315x288x32.5 mm) by ultrasonic cutter, then push the piece one by one to ultrasonic cutter. Then cut the 315x288x32.5 mm into 36 pieces (105x144x32.5 mm).
