Pumpkin Pound Cake
Ingredients:
70g butter, 50g powdered sugar, 2 whole eggs (room temperature), 90g low-gluten flour, 10g milk powder, 4g baking powder, 70g pumpkin puree, pumpkin pieces/pumpkin seeds as needed;
Method:
1. Soften 70g butter, add 50g powdered sugar, mix and stir evenly, and beat with a whisk until expanded and white;
2. Beat two eggs, add egg liquid several times, and add 90g low-gluten flour, 10g milk powder, and 4g baking powder until the egg liquid is completely absorbed;
3. Mix 70g pumpkin puree, stir evenly, brush a layer of butter on the cake mold and pour half of the cake batter;
4. Put pumpkin pieces in the middle, then pour the remaining cake batter and sprinkle pumpkin for decoration, squeeze a layer of butter in the middle, and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
