CWM100 Block Cheese Wire Cutter

The CWM100 Block Cheese Wire Cutter is a single-stage wire cutter designed for block cheese and butter portioning. A electric cylinder assembly pushes the cheese through an easily interchangeable wire grid, set to the desired cut pattern and enabling multiple cut configurations. The pusher assembly contains grooves matching the cut configuration of the wire grid, ensuring the product is cut through entirely. This machine is easily operated, manual operation through buttons. The machine has approved the CE and FDA certifications.

• Cut cycle controlled by a two-handed push button operation
• Cut blocks are buffered on a declined outfeed roller bed, ready to be manually removed

• Pusher assembly features a pusher block that contains grooves to match the cut configuration of the wire grid, allowing it to partially pass through the wires, ensuring all of the cheese block is pushed through and cut
