UFM5000 ultrasonic cutting machine for layer cake, it could slice the rectangle, round and loaf cakes with a wide range temperature from minus 18 degrees Celsius to room temperature. The rectangle size could be up to 400×600 mm. The diameter of cake could be up to 300 mm. The maximum cake height could be 90mm.
Our ultrasonic cutting machine can meet the following application:

● Size after cutting: 80x100x90 mm (0.3 – 0.35 KG), 80x180x90 mm (0.5-0.6 KG), 150x200x90 mm (0.9 – 1.0 KG)
