UFM5000 is an automatic ultrasonic slicer with a blade width of 305mm, which can cut rectangular, round and baked products in a wide temperature range from -15 degrees Celsius to room temperature. Rectangular sizes up to 400x600mm and round products up to 12 inches in diameter. It has the function of self-cleaning and self-drying of blades.
