I feel like I have to share my experience of cutting up the stolon and tasting it today.

In other words, this is the first time I have kept Stollen for a full month before eating.

Although I have long known that Stollen is a bread that can be stored for a month and will not spoil, one is still vaguely afraid that it will spoil, and the other is that in previous years it was indeed eaten up in less than a month.

Well, there will always be a first not.

The moment I cut it, I knew my worries were unnecessary. It’s really not bad at all. Moreover, the taste has reached a new level!

I also really realized the characteristic of Stollen’s “the more you put it, the better it tastes”.

The texture of the bread becomes denser and more delicate (closer to the texture of a cake). The aromas of dried fruit, nuts and rum are further integrated, making it extra rich and rich.

What tool did I use to cut the Stollen? I used the ultrasonic cutting equipment that is becoming more and more popular on the market. The UFM3500B unit can dispense sheet cakes, bread, rolls, and more. This ultrasonic slicer helps bakers quickly and accurately cut perfectly divided slices from a whole loaf of bread, up to 1500 loaves per hour! How do you slice your bread products?
