Tips For Cutting Cheesecake

Tips for cutting cheesecake – How can I cut the cheesecake?

It is not easy to cut the cheesecake well. Because the cheesecake sticks to the cutter when it is cut, it will be a challenge to cut it neatly.

There are two ways to deal with cheesecake in households: the first is to let the cutting knife over the hot water before each cut, so as to ensure that the cutting knife is clean, and the warm cutting knife is very helpful for clean cutting. Of course, this method will not work if you are cutting on the table. In this case, double knife cutting can be used: one knife cuts the cheesecake, and the other knife scrapes the knife clean after each cut. Another way to cut cheesecake is to use dental floss or thick silk thread. Prepare dental floss first, hold both ends, and wrap one end around your fingers tightly. Tighten the floss, and cut the first piece along the diameter. Tighten the floss horizontally on the top of the cake and press down horizontally. After cutting it, let go of the end without the fingers, and slowly pull out the floss on the other end. Do the same as below.

Of course, the above two methods are slow and are only suitable for family use or small private bakery. If you are a factory, the above two methods are not suitable. Here I recommend another method, using a special cake cutter – ultrasonic cheesecake cutter.
