Brown Sugar Mara Cake

Ingredients

Low-gluten flour 125g
Baking powder 7g
Brown sugar 80g
2 eggs
85g milk
Salad oil 25g

Production steps

1 / Beat the eggs, add brown sugar, milk, salad oil, and stir until they are uniform and without particles.
2 / Mix the low flour and baking powder evenly, sift into the egg liquid, and continue to stir until there is no flour particles.
3 / Go through a sieve to make the batter more delicate.

Tips
