Frozen cheesecake tastes a bit like mousse, but it tastes heavier, and is usually served with cocoa, matcha, or fruit.
Half-cooked cheesecake
The half-cooked cheesecake is actually the surface of the cake baked to a slight color, but the inside is still half-cooked, its texture is soft and moist, with a fresh milky fragrance and a slight acidity. However, the storage period is very short and needs to be consumed as soon as possible.
Although the internal organization of cheesecake is not as fluffy and porous as ordinary cakes, it is not easy to cut. The biggest problem with cutting cheesecakes is sticky knives, the cut surface is ugly.
Many friends will think of some methods. For example, bake the knife before cutting or soak it in hot water, cut the cake while it is hot, and the knife will not stick.
