Orange juice fruit jelly cake

Orange juice fruit jelly cake

A layer of orange juice and a layer of coconut milk at the beginning and end, with a thick fruit in the middle, the layer is rich and it has super childhood memories. This taste is a bit nostalgic ~

Materials

High temperature resistant chimney mould: 10 inches (diameter: 25.5cm / height: 9cm)
level one

Orange juice 250ml
Granulated sugar 30g
1.5 teaspoons of agar powder (about 3.7g)
0.5 teaspoons of jelly powder (about 1.3g)
Coconut milk 80ml
Water 200ml

Second floor
Coconut milk 80ml
Granulated sugar 40g
Agar powder 1.5 a teaspoon (about 3.7g)
0.5 teaspoons of jelly powder (about 1.3g)

the third floor
Water 1200ml
Fine sugar 150g
4.5 teaspoons of agar powder (about 11g)
Fruits

Fourth floor
Water 250ml
Coconut milk 100ml
Granulated sugar 50g
2 teaspoons of agar powder (about 4.9g)
1 teaspoon of jelly powder (about 2.5g)

Fifth floor
Orange juice 350ml
Granulated sugar 50g
2 teaspoons of agar powder (about 4.9g)
1 teaspoon of jelly powder (about 2.5g)
★ The use of plastic silicone molds is forbidden.

Practice

① Add orange juice to the pot, add the first layer of powdered mixture (agar, fine sugar, jelly powder mixture) and mix well.
② Pour into the mold after heating and boiling, put it in the refrigerator to freeze for five minutes.
③ Start making the second layer. Pour the coconut milk into the pot, add the water and the second layer of the powder mixture and mix well, heat and boil, then turn off the heat.
④ Take out the mold, in order to prevent delamination during demolding, poke the surface of the first jelly layer with a toothpick, pour the second layer of coconut milk solution, and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for five minutes.
⑤ After the second layer is defrosted, poke the surface lightly and pour in to spread the fruits cut in advance.
⑥ Start making the third layer, the same as above.
⑦ The fourth layer and the fifth layer are the same as above. After adding the last layer, put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate overnight.
