Cut Hard Candy Peanut Bars
My client owns a candy manufacturing business and am interested in a quote for an Ultrasonic Cutting machine to cut Hard Candy Peanut Bars like below. During the cutting phase the Peanut Candy bar is still plastic and not fully hard.
The product will arrive into the cutter as a 600mm wide slab cut into ropes and the guillotine ultrasonic cutter will cut the rope to the required length to make bars.
The width of the conveyor belt and ultrasonic cutter blade should be 700mm. The speed of cutting required should be up to 100 cuts / minute.
