Mango Almond Melaleuca
I believe that the first work that many people baked into the pit is a thousand-layer cake. When it was hot, no one knows who knows who knows. Wow, it is delicious and does not require an oven. You can get it with a pan, as an exercise. Fortunately, even after a lot of internet celebrities came out one after another, but none of them can shake its classic status. Later, the “towel roll” derived from it was also very popular, showing everyone’s love for it. Having said so much, are we going to regain the classics today? It ’s not or not. I accidentally made a layer of almond crust, using a layer of a girl from South Korea. Because of the addition of almond powder, the aroma of the crust is soared, and the taste is upgraded by several levels. The increase also makes the fried skin easy and not easy to break, “toughness” is full, do not make rolls too cool, no rolls are cracked, with mango is sweet and not greasy.
If you recently want to regain your interest and confidence in making “Millete”, this recipe will definitely make you praise!
Material
Melaleuca crust
3 eggs
Granulated sugar 35g
1 pinch of salt
Natural vanilla extract
Low gluten flour 150g (low gluten)
Almond kernel powder 10g (almond flour)
Milk 370g
Melted Unsalted Butter 50g
Sandwich & Decoration
Light Cream 200g
White sugar 20g
Natural vanilla extract
Mango a
Powdered sugar (surface decoration)
To do
① Add sugar and salt to the eggs, beat them, drip in natural vanilla extract, stir and mix well.
② Mix low-gluten flour and almond flour.
③ Sift the mixed powder and stir until there is no dry powder.
④ Add a part of milk (about 100g), mix and stir well, add the remaining milk, mix well.
⑤ Add the melted unsalted butter and mix well.
⑥ After stirring well, sieve a few more times to make the batter more delicate. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes.
⑦Open the sea-style multi-function cooking pot, put in a flat plate, pour salad oil, and turn on the medium-range fire. If you do n’t have a cooking pot, you can use your own pan. If you have a square jade pot, it is best. Many people now have similar multi-purpose cooking pots at home. The temperature is stable and the heat is easy to control. It is easier to control than the hot pot.
⑧ The shabu-shabu is preheated, pour a spoonful of batter, hold the pan and swing it left and right, so that the batter is flattened.
⑨ Wait until the batter is solidified, when it is foaming in the middle, turn over and heat for 3 ~ 5 seconds.
⑩ Boil the pan and fry the dough one by one.
⑪ The thickness of the millennial roll skin is between the skin of the millennial cake skin and pandan skin. It should not be too thin (too thin to roll and easy to break) or too thick (it tastes almost tasteless).
⑫ Peel the mango, cut some slices, and slice some.
⑬ Light cream and sugar until the 8th distribution, and then add vanilla extract, evenly pass.
⑭ Stitch two pieces of Melaleuca first, and then apply light cream to Melaleuca. Apply a thin layer of whipped cream. If it is thick, it will roll easily if you want to decorate the top.
⑮Put the mango stick on top and roll it tightly two or three times, then place another mango stick, then roll it slowly.
⑯ After the roll is rolled, you can splice two more pieces, apply a layer of cream, and then roll, that is, a mille roll requires about four mille skins. Of course, you can also determine the number of sheets according to your length of the skin and your favorite size .
⑰ After the rolls have been rolled, use baking paper rolls to shape them. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to make the whipped cream more stable.
⑱ After scooping out the refrigerator, cut off the irregular head and tail, spread a thin slice of mango on top and sprinkle it with moisture-proof powdered sugar for decoration, and you’re done! Almond flour has successfully increased the flavor of the roll, so it is a perfect match with sweet and sour mango ~
