Cut Sheet Cakes

My client will use be using the machine to cut sheet cakes, we bake our cakes in 2 different sheet sizes. They cut the large size (18″ x 26″) into 64 pieces (8 x 8) and cut the medium size (20″ x 13″) into 36 pieces (9 x 4). They cure the cake while it is frozen, but cut some other products at room temperature.

Here is your requirement:
Food: sheet cakes
Size: (18″×26″) we slice to 64 pieces (8×8)
(20″×13″) we cut to 36 pieces (9×4)
